The headers, pipes and pumps are all related to The heat estimates. As you are talking about something like 25,000 btuh, all of that can be handled by ONE 3/4 Taco circulator, zone valves and 3/4 manifold and 1/2-inch lines. Check all that at: http://www.hydronicnetwork.net

For simplicity use a 1-inch header, 3/4 lines, 1 pump and zone valves. A 1-1/2 pump can handle an apartment house; use it in your house and you'll buy another one every year.
