OK, I'll check your website carefully for piping sizing.

The BTU required for the house (it is only one floor) is about 60K. Should I run my header piping along the perimeter of the house and put my zone valves at the base of the riser, with the use of monoflow tees, or should I have my zone valves at the manifold? If the zone valves are at the manifold, are monoflow tees needed?

Another question, I have not studied how the condensing boiler actually operates, because I have a deadline of Oct to get all this stuff installed. The question is: should I insulate the return piping back to a condensing boiler? I believe for one pipe steam systems it is better not to insulate the return piping, but I don't know for these condensate hot water boilers. Thanks
