Great idea! I never would have thought of that.

I have decided against zone valves, and will use circulators.

Just to get it straight: For the smaller rooms, I could use a 3/4" circulator with either 3/4" or 1/2" piping (I will check your internet charts). For the bigger rooms (that require 10K BTU or more), should I use an 1-1/4" circulator, with 1-1/4" supply and return piping (assuming I zone out each room individually for simplicity sake)? What size should my main header be?
