question regarding Ergomax repipe

Heatpro,
Thanks for the info on the timer. I spoke with someone from the company and ended up ordering an off-delay timer that I should receive tomorrow. It should also be a very easy install.
When my plumber came to look at the repipe for the Ergomax, he was afraid that we might still have a pressure differential when teeing the 1.5" house return header into the supply to the Ergomax tank.
So, instead, he said we should take the 1.5" return header pipe and bring it over to the tank where it would be split with a tee and connected to the PRV connection and also the temp gauge connection on the tank (both 3/4").
My only concern would be the flow through those 2 inlets, which are both 3/4" if all 4 individual 007 zone pumps were operating in the dead of winter. The 4 zone pumps would be the 3 hydrair units and the radiant floor. Do you think that it will operate fine?
Thanks.
Dave
