Good, there are actually numbers and temperatures to work with, up to know it has been conjecture. It shows that there is no significant pressure drop across the ErgoMax piping as it is, so there should be no pressure difference to be concerned with between the feed pipe from boiler to the return pipe from the Ergomax to the boiler; so there should be no need to be concerned with the 0010 overpowering the 007's.

You were also going to get readings of pressure on both sides of the balancing valve on the bypass to get the head of the 0010 while running. That would indicate what the actual head is. It is probably running at less than 2 pound pressure difference which would allow full flow of 14 gpm of a 0010 to give a 10 degree differential. The pressure readings would confirm that.
