We actually do have inlet and outlet temp probes on boiler and they consistently show 10 degree temp diff. The problem we have had is when the boiler no longer has a call for heat, they 0010 shuts off immediately and we get the sizzle from the water that immediately stops in the heat exchanger. That is why we are getting the pump off-delay so that the 0010 continues to put boiler water into the Ergomax for a minute or so to dissipate the heat in the heat exchanger once the burner shuts off.
