A quick and dirty fix is to wire the pump to run constantly; which wouldn't be all that expensive and would help the pump last longer.

+++And if I added the Heatmanager on the outlet pipe from the boiler, that would help with savings on gas in this situation?
: Your problem was that water was rising from 0010 pump action; the quick fix was to swap supply and return manifold piping so the system return was at the tank top and the system supply manifold came from the bottom.
+++I had been thinking of that but unfortunately was unable to contact you at the time. I should have waited until you returned from your trip (By the way, I hope you had a great time in Vegas). When I ran the scenario by Adam at Ergomax of reversing the manifold piping, he said he was afraid it would shortcycle and recommended what we have now. Hence, our current situation.
When I get my plumber (or someone else to do the repiping), could I just have him put the return manifold on the top of the tank and the supply at the bottom? Would that do the trick without any other balance valving?
