Thanks HeatPro. Do you have a link to a low voltage thermostat with floor sensor? I searched quite a few sites and found only line voltage for electric radiant.
You said to take the pump off the SR 504 and put on separate relay. In my current configuration (until it's repiped), you think the 007 for the floor would pull through the pipe without the boiler circ running? I think the problem is that the water will not return from the zone header into the boiler return pipe because the idle 0010 has a certain amount of backpressure.
Can I email you some pictures so that when we repipe, we can correct any other issues you might see presently?
