+++Actually, I think what is happening is that the water from the individual zones is travelling down the return manifold and then being pumped up the supply manifold which is on the tee right next to it (when the boielr pump is not running), thus shortcycling (if that is the correct term).

I got my Heatmanager today and will be hooking it up tomorrow.

I also will send pictures tomorrow.
