I don't remember if your circulator is pumping off the top of the boiler toward the Ergomax tank and expansion tank or on the return pumping into the boiler return. If pumping away toward the ErgoMax tank, the resistance of the tubing in the boiler might be lowering the boiling point by lowering the pressure in the boiler which can cause cavitation (bubbles in the liquid, foaming.)
