I got my results regarding the antifreeze...it is about 30% by volume for a freeze protection of 14 degrees. The pH was 9.2. The noise is less but still present. It is more of a vibration in the living area as the pipes are hung from the floor joists for the first floor.

Do you have any other recommendations?

Of note, the inlet temp gauge is reading 20 degrees higher than the outlet temp gauge, and the pressure needle on the inlet gauge vibrates whenever the burner is on while the outlet gauge pressure needle does not vibrate.
This must be a bad temp gauge because how could the inlet temp be higher than the outlet temp?
