Ergomax and boiler wiring and settings

I hope I'm not rehashing too much, but the final assembly and wiring of the Ergomax to my boiler is Saturday.
I will be using the aquastat on the Ergomax as a thermostat that will start the boiler and boiler circulator at the same time (as circulator is wired directly to boiler). I tested this by jumping the R and W trminals and the boiler and circ both started.
I spoke with Adam at Ergomax, and he said that the aquastat on the Ergomax has a +/- differential of 7.
So, if I set the aquastat to 170, it will call for heat at 163 and shut off at 177.
The operating temp on my boiler is set for 180 and the high fire is currently shut off. I would like to switch the high fire on and off with an outdoor thermostat that will allow it to operate at outdoor temps less than 10 degrees.
What should I set the ergomax aquastat as well as the boiler operating and high fires? I looked on Lochinvar's website and it does not say what the differential is for any of their controls. It is the gas fired Efficiency+ (EBN 300). Eventually, I might get an outdoor reset, but for now I just want to have things set to work as is.
Thanks for all the advice.
Dave
