Dave:
With all the questions you have on your project, should be a piece of cake for you now. Go on the Tekmar web site and look up the install manual. You may want the 262 since it can handle the indirect WH also. (With all the BTU's you have, you don't need priority for the indirect, but the 262 can fire the boiler to the high limit set when DHW calls for heat, then go back to the O.R. calculated temp when the air handlers call) You'll need to move the boiler (and the indirect's) circulator power wiring over to the 26*, wire a low voltage outdoor sensor over to the control. The 26* "intercepts" the thermostat demand wires to the boiler control.

Biggest hassle is the boiler temp sensor. Honeywell has temp wells with 3/4" or 1/2" treaded fittings. That's why I suggested putting a Tee fitting in your re-piping of the ErgoMax tank. Put a plug in the Tee for now and you can add the well later (or just get the well now so you don't have to drain the boiler later).

I don't know anything about Locknivar's add-ons, so check them out also. They're O.R. might plug into their boiler control board, no special wiring or extra sensors.
