The way my system is set up is that each thermostat as well as the aquastat for the Phase III is attached to the SR504 in the low voltage area.
When any of those call for heat, the respective relay trips and turns on the corresponding individual pump. Then, at the bottom of the relay board is a connection (24 v) which is labelled as "end switch". These wires go to the boiler R/W terminals, so that when any pump is running, the boiler is energized and via the internal wiring of the boiler, the boiler pump operates.
So, from this setup, where would I attach the aquastat wires from the ergomax? And if I were to remove the wires from the other zones, how would their individual pumps run?
