As you don't have a way to control the water temperature beyond the Ergomax control if you disconnect the other wires to the boiler burner wires from the zone relays, you would leave the wires from the indirect water heater and the first floor fan coil circuit as is and add the two wires from the Ergomax to the same boiler wires that the other two zones are on. You'd remove the other zone relay wires from the radiant and fan coils that turn the boiler burner on, as too many of them would keep the boiler at the high limit due to overlapping demand.
