-- The system circulator is constant, it doesn't cycle on/off. The circulator is working (I swapped in a brand new one to be sure) and water is flowing through the system - the return pipe (and rads) are warm.

This is very frustrating because the system temp sensor is no more then 2 feet above the subloop and reads about 110 degrees, but at the exact same time the subloop reads 200 degrees. I can easily verify the readings by putting one hand on the supply pipe put and it is only warm but if I put my hand on the subloop it is too hot to hold.
