Do you also have a circulator on the boiler loop, or are you just relying on the bypass circulators to do the flowing inside the boiler loop? There are two circulators inside the boiler jacket; but neither of them are for moving water OUT of the boiler, only to whiz water around INSIDE the boiler jacket.

A circulator to make the water whiz around the few inches of main where the boiler inlet and outlet pipe joins the main will do the job.

To repeat, it is a control strategy problem of how to get the flows right, not a boiler problem.

The boiler is not shipped with a system circulator or zone circulators. (as stated on page 32 of the installation book.) So you have to have ANOTHER circulator to get the water out of the boiler piped loop to the main.
