Heatpro I mispoke. You are correct, I am not proposing to change the SYSTEM but the boiler. the system will remain with cast iron radiators. The boiler does NOT have a damper and is not piped in a loop subloop arrangement as you describe. I guess that is my problem - If I add outdoor reset, a damper and repipe I will have spent a fair amount and still be left with a +100% oversized boiler. Should I just take a deep breath and also replace the boiler?
