After receiving some estimates I am seriously considering the suggestions received. In particular a high efficiency condensing boiler. The best deal seems to be for Lochinvar. Any comments with this brand? It is the Knight series, modulating, with hot water prioritization and primary/secondary piping. +93% efficient. There would be a 60gal indirect water heater included in the installation.
