If it is a matter of not having the money to go with the Ultra, then I'd consider removing sections and burners of the existing Weil boiler until it is a PFG-5. They are like Big Macs with the bread and added burger removed. If it hadn't come as a packaged boiler to earn the P on the model, it would have come as an erector set for joining at the site. You'd have a replacement section if one ever went bad.
