We have a Lochinvar EBN 300 Efficiency+ low mass boiler. One issue we have had besides a problem with the original piping is repeated seizure of the Taco pump cartridge in the boiler loop. There has been alot of debate among the heating professionals that have looked at the system about the required pump size.
The loop is piped with 2" black pipe. The pump is a Taco 0012.
The specs for the boiler require min flow of 12 gpm and max flow 55 gpm.
There are 5 secondary loops off a supply manifold:
3 hydro-air blowers
1 Triangle Tube indirect water heater
1 radiant floor loop
Each of the 5 loops has its own 007 Taco pump.
What would be the correct size boiler pump for the primary loop? The other boiler spec is a temp rise of 20 deg F.
All of the specs and charts are on page 40-42 of the below manual from the Lochinvar website.

Thanks.
