worcester combi boiler making noises...

Hi all,

I've got a bosch worcester combi boiler (can't remember model, i'm at work at the mo)recently, when any hot taps are switched on, it fires up as normal, but when taps are switched off, the boiler makes a noise similar to an immersion tank filling up for minutes after.
it never did it before, so nay advice on what it might be would be very much appreciated.
