I have 9 zones -- some 20k, some 10k and smaller.

I presently have in house 9 taco 007 pumps and a taco 0010 pump.

As i wrote above the near boiler piping calls for a pump on the primary loop and a pump on the return line from the indirect.

As for the zones I was planning to put an 007 on each zone. Now I am thinking of going with valves and a single heating circulator. My reasoning for this is the savings on electric.

Can you offer me your suggestions for a pump size for my situation - in both the zone valve and pump option?
