Thanks for your help. OK so we got with zones. Now have to choose the pumps:

1)The heating system circulator.

It would cover nine zones - all piping is 3/4 pex.
Zone 1: 50 feet, 10K btu
Zone 2: 80 feet, 8k btu
Zone 3: 150 feet; 12k btu
Zone 4: 90 feet, 10k btu
Zone 5: 210 feet, 12k btu
Zone 6: 100 feet, 12k btu
Zone 7: 170 feet, 15k btu
Zone 8: 110 feet, 15k btu
Zone 9: 235 feet, 20k btu

total - 1195 feet, 116,000 btu

2) The pump on the return side of the domestic to boiler loop. 1" copper

3) The pump on the near boiler loop. 1-1/4" copper pipe. 1 - 1/4 pipe on short near boiler loop. i'm told that's to back up the circuit circulator and should be sized to cover the longest circuit...

Is the taco zrc ok for the zone valves? Looking for wiring simplicity. do I need a transformer?
