Whenyou remove the 25 from the situation, as it isn't required due to water seeking it's own level, the resistance is 5 feet of head - a major difference from 30, which explains why Taco 007's would do the job.

They can easily handle 100,000 btuh, or 5 gpm at 5 feet of head, even if the primary loop was 3/4 instead of 1-1/4.
