HeatPro, I checked into the setting further and discovered that the low limit control when my circulating pump kicked on and off.

Your last statement, concerning right sizing, the fact that I have no obstructions and my boiler does reach the high limit and kick the burner on and off, does that mean I don't have enough radiator length?

After I got my boiler fired up it took it about 7 hours to raise the from 55 to 68 degrees when the outside temperature was 40-45 degrees in a 3200 square foot 2-story house. I that about normal or way out of line?
