Not sure if I am misinterpreting this but does that mean a "right sized" system would leave the house not warm enough on the coldest days?

In reference to your other comments, I get your point and probably need to have a heat loss calculation done and someone to look at the configuration. The biggest problem that I have is finding someone in the Indianapolis area that is competent and can be trusted on residential boiler systems. Don't know where I can get a good recommendation do you?
