You might not have a problem. Your heat reached 75F and the burner shut off. Guages aren't all that accurate and just a few ounces of steam pressure can do the job. As it ran for 30 minutes, your boiler burner isn't oversized. You have no banging nor clanking. With close temperatures inside and out, your thermostat won't be accurate until the weather demands more run time.

As the weather gets colder, check to see that all radiators are getting warm so the vents are set to make an even heat in every room.
