I hooked up my new boiler. My house was at 72 and the thermostat was calling for 78. About 30 min into the heat cycle, the boiler went off. I checked the thermo and it was 75. Three degrees short of my call. The pressure on the boiler was at 0 and I didnt believe it could be pressure related, this soon into the cycle and 0 PSI on the gauge. My Pressuretrol settings were .5 cut in with 1.5 PSI above for the cut out. Total of 2PSI. I lifted the cut in a little with my finger and the boiler came back on? How could this be a pressure problem It didnt seem to be running long enough for the Pressure to rise this much, plus the gauge read 0. Any Help?
The one thing I noticed was that near differential dial had a small blue circular disc was broken. It almost looked as though this was only a guide to hear the differential dial via a click as it turns. Any Help?
Thanks
