The boiler would be oversized for the house if the radiation is also oversized for the house.

If the radiation is sized right for the house and the boiler is larger than 50% more than the total radiation EDR, then it is oversized.

No, there is no kit to reduce the input of an atmospheric gas steam boiler, as it makes the boiler too inefficient. You can reduce the input with that in mind.

The pressuretrol seems to be working properly.
