It is already deducted in the IBR sq ft of steam rating on the nameplate; butt ...
it isn't part of the burner input rating, so when considering burner input, the extra over connected load has to be added to account for piping and pickup allowance.
IOW, when input only is known, you then have to do what IBR already did for you.
