My crown boiler builds presure causing the relief valve to pop. Then it gets air in the lines. I have changed the auto fill valve, checked the expansion tank, the presure in the tank is 12 psi. The relief valve is going off at the corect presure so I dont think that is it. The unit is 3 yrs old. I was thinking of changing some of the of the 1 1/4 pipping because when the water returns it goes into the manifold, it then has to go up and over to the circpump. So I thought maybe if when it returns it went down out of the 1 1/4 over to the circpump it might not build as much presure. Help
