Leaking solder joints at boiler

We had some repiping done on our boiler about 2 1/2 yrs ago. About 10 months after the piping was done, we had a leak at a tee joint. It was repaired, and we have been good for another year and 1/2. Then today, I noticed another elbow joint (different from previous joint) with a slow drip (about a drop every second or two).
Is this something that is out of the ordinary? All other heating pipes (copper) in house have been fine for like 10 yrs. The older pipes are 3/4". The newer ones (that have had leaks) are 1.5". Could it be due to just a bad joint or two or could it be something that will recur? Someone had mentioned expansion.

If so, how would we allow for expansion? We have a system with 25-30% glycol:water mix.
Thanks.
