The company that installed our boiler and indirect water heater just can't seem to get things right. They claimed to have contacted Weil-McLain regarding our issues but their recent fix for one issue created a new problem. Would it be possible to call you and describe our problem so that I could get an engineer's opinion on what the solution is? I'd be willing to pay for your time. Thank you.
