Have you cleaned or replacing the flame sensor? You said most everything else was done.
The other usual 'catch' is that the lower tube on the pressure sensor gathers moisture and has to be removed, blown clear, put back in place.

Good to hear that the rest of the system is running to provide comfortable heat now that the piping has settled down.
