There is no average or ball-park price, because different regions of countries have different shipping and labor costs. A repairman would have to see your particular situation to know whether the estimate is to include removal, patching, obstacle avoidance, permit application time, nearness to the service truck, etc. Get three estimates from local contractors recommended by satisfied neighbors.
