Thanks for your reply. My T. Stats only control the circulators and the outdoor reset controls the burner. What I'm finding is, the water temperature sensor for the reset control is installed in a location that doesnt heat up as fast as the boiler unless the water is actually circulating, therefore the high limit is shutting off before the reset is. So what I get is on warmer days the T.stats shut off the pumps and then the boiler cooks the water until either the reset shuts off (which never happens) or the max limit is reached.

What I'm trying to get rid of is heating standing water to 170 or so degrees when no heat is needed inside.
