Thanks again. Now, my only other question is if the water heater is piped with 3/4" inlet and outlet, creating orifices and resistance to flow, will that contribute at all to noise (water going at high speed through these inlets, etc)? I would think not since there is no air in the system.
If it were you working on system, and the idea is to try to run it mostly on just low fire (unless we can't keep up with all zones running), would you just use the 0012 (rweplacing the cartridge because it's strating to rattle again), or would you put in a smaller pump (0010) keeping in mind that there may be a fair amt of time that we require high fire?
