I don't know if I read your write up correctly. When you say flash the remaining steam, are you saying that you will be passing the high pressure condensate to a separate flash tank so that it can flash either to an medium pressure or low pressure header prior to going to this condensate collection tank? And is this tank at atmospheric pressure?
