Yes; especially if you include an outdoor reset control or HeatManager in the controls.

That method has worked for me for the past quarter century. An open wild loop helps the circulator in the long run.

It will answer the complication of getting controls to manage the bathroom heat, as any demand by any room will heat the bathroom, but not to excess.
