Boiler Buderus G215 always has been running at 25 psi just recently has gone over the 30 psi and sets off the pressure relief valve here is what has been done:

1. Replace Expansion tank to Watts EA-60
2. Replace boiler feed valve
3. Have isolated the Hot Water loop to see if a leak in the Hot water heat exchange is back feeding into boiler. NO LEAK
4. Reduced operating temp to 175 F

Here is what happens the boiler starts off at 20 psi increase up and sets off the relief valve, if I manual release the pressure thru the drain just before the pumps the pressure goes back down to 20 psi, but within a day goes back up and sets off the relief valve. I have even shut off the manual make up valve so no more water can get into boiler.

The boiler has four zones controlled by pumps at the return side of the boiler.

Please let me know what you guys think.
