OK Thanks I will keep looking I have about 500 feet of 3/4" pipe which is about 11 gallons of water plus the 16 the boiler holds so I don't think the tank is undersized. As for the Hot water I isolated the loop and it still over shoots, I always have had the pumps on the return leg so something must else must be up. Once again Thanks for you help.
