Heatpro you hit the nail on the head with that statement. Every product out there has complaints about it. If it doesn't nobody bought one.
Weil Mclain and Burnham together probably have 2 million plus boilers installed as they are the two largest US boiler manufacturers. If you hear 100 or 200 complaints so what! Go with who you want to and everyone makes a fairly good product. May I suggest a peek at the Burnham ES2. That is a sweet boiler and follows the trends of the condensing boilers but is a chimney vented 85% boiler, with visual display for start-up sequence, run status and troubleshooting codes.
