That is always the difficult part - it is up to the installer to get it right. If there were definite statements that the boiler leaked or the controls would always fail, that would be another story (that you don't hear.) The boiler
s only job is to hold water while it is heated.

The most usual problem about hot water heat is the lack of knowledge of how to follow the installation instructions that come with the boiler and how to pipe the boiler to the house right.
