Almost any boiler is rated at least 84% AFUE now, including Hydrotherms. Going nearer to 90 gets you close to condensing mode which isn't good for standard chimneys and can cost another few thousands for about $200 a year gas savings.

Pick a boiler that is sold by local plumbing and heating suppliers so you can get parts easily and the local installers are familiar with them. They use those boilers because they have good success with them.
