Contractors tend to move and respect Weil. As you are in Alaska, there is the matter of low temperatures that cause direct-vent boilers, which are the higher efficiency units, to clog inlets and outlets with snow and ice.

Though the lower efficiency costs some gas, it makes a hotter exhaust with less chimney problems. (Ice forms around the top of the chimney inside and melts down the inside of the chimney in colder areas.)

I've known contractors that carry 250,000 btuh boilers unrespective of heat losses so thay can have a complete replacement on the truck during a service call as there is no fooling around at -20F or so. No time then to replace plastic exhaust tubes in a storm.
