I would use a small cast iron boiler as it would better match the load for a lot less money. Granted it does not modulate but your load is lower than the mod/con. Use a small cast iron with outdoor reset and pipe primary/secondary with a boiler bypass.
If you wait until July Burnham will have a chimney vented boiler @ 85% and has a new control for error displays and plug in OD reset.
It should be about 42K doe output at much less money and maintenance.
