Eureka Williams Boiler Question

Recently purchased house in central PA. House was built 1890's. The current boiler (closed system) is a Eureka Williams Oil-O-Matic, model RB400, 108K BTU. The tag also says Henney Motor Company. I'm trying to determine how old this system is. I know Henney bought Eureka Williams in 1953. The house inspector passed the system but two plumbers have groaned when they saw it and claimed it's 60 years old and may not make it through the winter. I'm puzzled by these comments because this is a neat clean system that has been fairly well maintained, is not leaking, runs quiet, etc. I had a leak in a radiator and a lot of new water was replaced. This concerns me a bit because of increased chance of rusting. I'd like to know if this is cast iron and what the efficiency approximately is. I'm trying to determine if I should replace it for efficiency reasons alone or perhaps it's a safety issue also? I doubt the house has very good if any insulation in the walls but it has new insulation in the attic. Sorry for the long post...how old is this thing???
