I suppose I should have included that it is copper, baseboards, and single zone. System is already operating at 20 lbs, any higher and it would open the relief valve.
As to the pump, it is fairly new (2-3 years) and the system never kettled before last year. I believe it is the sludge causing localized boiling, how do I remove this?
