The MPO isn't a system. It's another boiler design that doesn't have a track record yet, because it is new to Burnham. Seems good though; but with not much difference between AFUE's, not much different in savings.
I'm not sure why you wouldn't take the opportunity to switch to natural gas now, as it would provide the heat at half the cost of oil now.
